Our office is growing and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Financial Planner. Duties and qualifications are outlined below.
DUTIES:
- Be our Customer Relations Expert!
- Account Setup & maintenance (Paperwork prep & status update to clients)
- Maintain & updates information in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Redtail)
- Client correspondence – (Account setup, management, and client documentation)
- Monthly Correspondence Report
- Daily Service Net Ticket monitoring
- Client management – Albridge/OneView (reports and client access)
- Marketing Materials (MyCMO)
- Annual Reviews – pull and verify accuracy of Albridge reports; verify any KYC missing data or updates needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking ability is a must.
- Handle confidential and secure information and documents.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
- Strategic mindset that can envision the big picture – and still take care of the small details.
