Alpha IT, LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with the smooth operation of our executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the CEO, encompassing calendar management, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Craft insightful reports, dynamic presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Serve as the vital link between the CEO and team members, clients, and partners.
  • Streamline and uphold efficient filing systems and electronic records.
  • Coordinate the logistics for executive meetings and corporate events.
  • Conduct research and lend a hand with special projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable through effective phone and written communication.
  • Contribute to a range of exciting marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to deal with high-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
