Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO Location: Blue Bell, PA Pay: $80k-$110k About the Role A growing organization in the insurance and financial services sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a CEO or senior executive at a large corporation or private equitybacked company and will bring strong organizational, communication, and discretion skills to the role. Responsibilities Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the CEO. Provide both professional and personal executive support, including travel arrangements, events, and philanthropic commitments. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with the CEO regarding priorities, updates, and follow-ups. Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO. Prepare materials and briefings for meetings; attend as needed to take notes and track action items. Handle confidential administrative tasks such as expense reports, renewals, and vendor coordination. Collaborate with other executive assistants and internal leaders to ensure seamless operations. Offer occasional evening or weekend flexibility based on executive travel and business demands. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level leadership in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern scheduling/communication tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
