Camber is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Senior Inpatient Officer and Camber Vice Presidents. Position Summary
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Senior Inpatient Officer of Camber and provides consistent, high-level support to the Camber executive team. This individual will handle sensitive and confidential information, manage competing priorities with professionalism, and model the mission and standards of the organization.
The ideal candidate is positive, personable, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with diverse populations and age groups. This role plays a vital part in ensuring executive operations run efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities may evolve based on staff qualifications and program development.
Demonstrate respect for colleagues and community stakeholders regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, or veteran status
Coordinate and manage Camber executive team schedules
Arrange travel (airlines, hotels, restaurants, car rentals)
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Serve as Notary Public for the executive team
Coordinate conference lines, video conferences, and meeting spaces (on- and off-site)
Develop and improve administrative systems to maintain efficiency
Assist with fax, mail distribution, and correspondence
Proofread and edit outgoing communications
Draft letters and correspondence on behalf of the executive team
Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Create, update, and distribute forms as needed
Prepare and track board reports
Attend meetings and record minutes as requested
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and maintain purchase records
Manage postage, mailing, and shipping needs
Submit and monitor IT work orders
Oversee and maintain updated organizational charts and contact lists
Order and maintain office supplies
Maintain the Camber Administrative conference room and kitchenette
Qualifications
To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Education and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of five years supporting executive or senior leadership roles
Healthcare environment experience preferred
Licensure/Certification:
Valid driver’s license
Proof of auto insurance
