Executive Assistant Apply
Job Description
Pay: $25 to $35/hour (DOE/DOQ)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly organized, professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate leadership meetings, annual events, and staff appreciation activities
- Support agency events including the Annual Gala
- Maintain corporate records, licenses, and confidential materials
- Serve as meeting scribe and assist with public relations as needed
- Manage office supply ordering and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and strong writing ability
- Typing speed of 60 WPM with accuracy
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, Flu)
