About the Role
This position reports to the Head of Services, LAC, and will provide business assistance support to the three executives in the Services team (Services LAC, Loyalty, C&I).
Requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. Act as a conduit of information/requests from the Group Head management teams. Routinely handles internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and redirecting to appropriate personnel. This role will perform a wide-variety of general administrative duties to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced professional office environment.
Senior administrative responsibilities will include scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc.
Must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of a global organization (i.e. team members, senior leaders, executive management and clients)
As the role will be involved in high-level contact and may be exposed to sensitive information, both internally and externally, it is important to demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy.
All About You
- Lead administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated. completing travel arrangements (including international travel), expense reporting, maintaining management team calendars, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc.
- Office management responsibilities include ordering supplies, new hire onboarding, purchasing/reconciliation, shipping, and providing general help for employee questions.
- Administer programs, projects or processes specific to the operating unit served, and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
- Develop and produce reports as assigned
- Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.

Pay Ranges
Miami, Florida: $60,000 - $93,000 USD
