As a strategic business partner to Horizontal Digital’s leadership team, you bring passion to the support you provide. Success requires broad experience, skill, and knowledge in a diverse range of support, including scheduling, meeting and event coordination, busy travel itineraries, and expense management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, project management experience, effective problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail are necessary to succeed. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with an orientation toward great customer service.
As a right hand, trusted advisor, your keen skills help the leadership team do their jobs more effectively.
This is a regular, full-time role located in our St. Louis Park, MN location - hybrid schedule.
What you’ll do:
- Calendar management to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events.
- Complete monthly expense reports.
- Arrange travel and coordinate meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
- Assist with on-site office management tasks in collaboration with the facilities team. This may include ordering office supplies, local mail distribution, greeting guests, support of local new hire activities, and office event coordination.
- Act as a culture ambassador within the office and actively participate in and support employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to senior level (C-Suite) executives.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks based on guidance.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly.
- Highly proficient in the use of office automation tools and administrative software.
- Ability to handle multiple calendars.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Power Point, Excel and other commonly used tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to accomplish objectives, including Human Resources, IT, Finance and Delivery teams.
- Proficient with written and spoken business communication.
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and scheduling.
- Work in partnership with travel agent and/or travel booking software.
- Familiarity with Concur Expense system is preferred.
