THE GIST:

Our client, innovative & noteworthy health tech company, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
This role will expertly manage the CEO's demanding & evolving schedule and balance their multifaceted priority list.
The ideal candidate has an impressive & established track record of supporting prominent C-level executives in tech.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Expertly coordinate CEOs calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
  • Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
  • Develop keen sense on how to best optimize CEOs time & determine priorities
  • Provide occasional personal assistance, as needed
  • Regularly interact with high-profile executives & important stakeholders on behalf of the CEO with discretion & professionalism
  • Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
  • Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
  • Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
  • Plan & execute company events & board meetings
  • Travel with the CEO once per month to every other month
  • Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed




THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 15+ years of C-level support experience
  • Experience supporting a prominent CEO or founder in tech highly preferred
  • Availability to work outside traditional business hours, as needed
  • Ability to travel with CEO, as needed
  • Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to act as a excellent extension & representation of the CEO
  • Clear and professional communication style, both verbal & written
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Fast-processing, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
  • Experience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders

COMPENSATION: $170k to 200k base salary + benefits + equity (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
