The Role

You will serve as the right hand to senior leadership ( CFO + GC + Founders) , owning a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities that keep executive functions running seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for executive communications (internal & external)
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and sensitive communications
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel on a private jet, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Oversee executive expense reporting, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Maintain highly confidential documents, files, and records with discretion
  • Support planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership events, and board-related activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office and executive support operations
  • Act as a central point of coordination across departments for executive initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong business acumen; exposure to finance, legal, or corporate environments is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
