As a thriving small business, we’re looking for someone with HR and hiring experience to support our business owner and manage various operational aspects of our stores and oversight of store operations. This role is crucial for helping us maintain smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Support with Heart, Administrative Support: Manage owners/ executive schedules and appointments, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements with a can-do attitude and a smile.
- Coordinate with Creativity: Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, adding your personal touch to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- HR Management, Store Oversight: Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with store managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any operational issues.
- Keep the Team in Sync, Employee Relations: Handle communications and keep the team on track with enthusiasm and efficiency while completing deadlines and important tasks. Address employee concerns, manage performance reviews, and support HR initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison between the business owner and staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Bring the Fun: Contribute your own spark to our dynamic team culture and help us celebrate every win.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and other administrative functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of executive assistant experience with a strong background in HR and hiring processes.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices, employee relations, and recruitment processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle various operational challenges and be able to problem-solve
- Personality: A friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine love for working in a team-oriented, fun environment.
