Due to a recent retirement and promotion, the Town of Wrentham is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide daily administrative support to the Office of the Town Manager. This is a key role for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and maintains high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the execution of key projects, managing records and documentation, and serving as the first point of contact for residents, staff, and contractors. This role is key to keeping the Office of the Town Manager running smoothly. Duties include but are not limited to: Provides high‑level administrative, technical, and confidential executive support to the Town Manager and, as assigned, the Assistant Town Manager, including drafting, editing, and preparing correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and official documents. Serves as a liaison to municipal departments, boards, committees, and external agencies to facilitate communication, coordination, and follow‑through on Town Manager and Select Board initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Associate’s degree with three to five (3–5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions. Salary: This is a full‑time, 35 hours/4 days per week position with some night meetings required. The anticipated hiring range is $32.00–$34.00 with a full salary range of $32.00–$38.00 with excellent benefits.
