Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role based in Diamond Bar, CA. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, managing food preparation, inventory, and quality control to ensure a consistent dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s standards. Responsibilities include menu planning and development, supervising kitchen staff, enforcing sanitation standards, maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment, and managing vendor relationships. Responsibilities Menu planning and development Supervising kitchen staff Enforcing sanitation standards Maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment Maintaining food costs and inventory Managing vendor relationships Staying updated on industry trends Qualifications Culinary expertise, including menu creation, recipe development, and mastery of cooking techniques Strong leadership skills to manage, train, and motivate a team of kitchen staff Experience with inventory management, cost control, and vendor relations Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen equipment maintenance Excellent time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and maintain efficiency A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
