Handcrafted Restaurants is a Hawaii-based, 7-unit, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant company. We are currently seeking talented An Executive Chef (Wailea) and Sous Chefs to join our teams at Monkeypod Kitchen Wailea, Maui and Monkeypod Kitchen Ka‘anapali, Maui. If you care deeply about food, consistency, and building a strong team culture, we’d love to meet you. Our kitchens are built on strong systems, high standards, and a team-first culture where cooks are expected to take ownership of their craft.The Executive Chef is a working, hands-on Chef who leads daily kitchen operations.
