Position Description:

Supports contract management and partners with Learning and development on curriculum, program design and facilitation support, as needed. Manages multiple programs both internally, across the GII network, and beyond. Supports the operational execution and continuous improvement of and executive leadership development initiatives. Works closely with the Vice President of Executive Development to ensure that all programs are delivered effectively, high quality standards, and align with Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning, execution, and impact measurement of executive development programs.
  • Ensures that all program components meet objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Vice President, program participants, facilitators, and external organizations.
  • Consults with all internal and external clients to ensure alignment and proper project design/management.
  • Ensures effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of program curricula and materials, ensuring they are aligned with the latest in leadership development and adult learning principles.
  • Partners with Learning and Development team on curriculum, program design and facilitation support.
  • Works with events team and Chief of Staff to manage all logistical aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, venue selection, technology setup, and participant travel arrangements.
  • Implements and manages program evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness and impact of the leadership development programs.
  • Prepares and presents detailed reports on program outcomes to the Vice President and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and partners, including facilitators, content experts, and service providers, to ensure the smooth operation of all program-related activities.
  • Supports contract process as required for vendors, venues, and other professional services as required.
  • Leverages feedback and program evaluation results to drive continuous improvement in program design, delivery, and participant experience.
  • Models Goodwill Core Values Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., M.A. in HR Development, Ed.D in Human & Org. Learning).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in executive education, leadership development, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethical sensitivity, and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage and align diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Excellent consulting skills. Able to listen, ask effective questions, diagnose challenges, and propose innovative solutions that align with GCNAs strategy and values.
  • Deep understanding of leadership development principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum design.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, including senior executives and external partners.
  • Passion for leadership development and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
