The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative, business, and logistical operations of the organization, with a focus on life skills development, financial literacy training, and job readiness. This role requires a faithful Christian with a Master's degree in social work or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in social work, and a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including financial management, human resources, and policy development, and must have a strong background in these areas. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include providing corporate leadership, managing legal and organizational issues, and supporting the mission and philosophy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to modernize and streamline processes, experience in nonprofit management, and a visionary approach to the organization's growth and community impact. They should be a dynamic leader, able to promote the organization's vision, and have the ability to build key relationships with community partners. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, maintaining a high level of morale among staff, and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
