This role is pivotal in driving innovation, particularly in the field of neuroscience and related biomarkers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing clinical data science strategies, serving as the primary data science representative to health authorities, and driving the adoption of AI/ML methodologies for various applications, including disease modeling and precision medicine. Strategic leadership in clinical trial design, innovation in AI/ML applications, and operational excellence in GxP compliance are key components of the position. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Biostatistics or an MS in Biostatistics with a Ph.D. in a related computational science, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical development, data science, and biostatistics. Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the US, is essential. The role requires a recognized leader in data science with a proven track record in AI/ML applications within clinical development, as well as strong regulatory engagement and external presentation experience. The ideal candidate will also have a background in neurology research, with a focus on Alzheimer's biomarkers.
