The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of critical areas, including financial sustainability, enrollment strategies, nonprofit board governance, marketing, fundraising, capital planning, and operational effectiveness. This position is the result of a comprehensive planning process and is designed to ensure that the schools continue to thrive and evolve while remaining true to their mission of academic excellence, faith formation, and leadership development. Candidates for the Executive Director position should possess a combination of strong business acumen and a deep understanding of private education systems. The role requires a leader who can help the schools maintain their distinct identities and serve their diverse communities while upholding the values of service, confidence, and purpose.
