Position Description:
CASDA is seeking a proven educational leader to continue the growth and progress of an outstanding educational association. The successful candidate should be defined by a leadership style that is reasoned, decisive, and collaborative. The ideal candidate:

- Makes others feel at ease through active listening and demonstrates a sense of humor.
- Proactively oversees the management of operational and financial areas for the organization to ensure high quality services and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
The candidate should have experience leading school districts, schools, or educational institutions. School district level or higher education management, and graduate degree in education and advanced school district leadership certificate preferred.
Salary Range:
$95,000-$105,000
