Known for the cultural diversity of its students and staff, ASEICA fosters a thriving community which blends into the French and Anglophone educational traditions, nurturing global perspectives and a deep sense of inclusivity.ASEICA graduates  target access to  the highest-ranked universities in Europe, North America, and beyond.Role OverviewClosely supervised by the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for ASEICA, ensuring academic excellence, financial health, and strategic growth of the Anglophone Section across its affiliated public schools. This role requires an experienced leader capable of managing international educational programs within the French system, fostering strong community and partnership relations, driving advocacy efforts and ensuring long-term viability of the organization. The role will report to the Board of Directors.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership & GovernanceServe as the primary link between the Board of Directors and day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic alignment, smooth operational delivery and financial responsibility.Report directly to the Board of Directors on a weekly basis meeting for updates and timelines progression.Participate and report directly to the Board of Directors during monthly board meetings. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports on financial status, progress in performance, and compliance.Develop and articulate ASEICA’s long-term vision and strategic development plan, including data-driven recommendations for association’s growth and academic innovation.Academic & Cultural StewardshipMaintain and enhance academic excellence in a multicultural, multilingual environment.Drive pedagogical innovation in partnership with the Pedagogical Director and institutional partners.Monitor the efficiency of the pedagogical structure and assist the pedagogical team to implement an improvement process system.Proficiency in adapting and being solution-driven regarding the association’s pedagogical organisation.Understand and keep abreast of French Education Nationale policies and programmes evolution.Support graduates’ transition to university systems in Europe, the US, and Canada.Operational & Financial ManagementMonitor/Coordinate all administrative and operational functions for efficiency and compliance.Ensure adherence to French Labor Code and social legislation, with support from CFO/HR Director.Manage financial stability, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cash flow analysis.Recruit, retain, and compensate high-quality faculty and staff.Develop and maintain a high-performing internal workplace culture with a strong focus on accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct.Community Engagement & AdvocacyStrengthen external communications and institutional relations with schools, local authorities, institutions, partners and parents.Advocate for ASEICA’s mission with partnering schools and educational networks.Help draw a communication and event strategy to develop the Alumni community.Opportunities & ChallengesMaintain academic excellence in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Foster strong communication and community culture.Raise the profile of ASEICA graduates internationally.Optimize internal systems for efficiency and compliance.Qualifications & Personal AttributesEducational Leadership: Proven senior‑level experience in curriculum oversight, pedagogical governance and strategic management, with over 15 years’ progressive leadership ideally acquired within highly regulated environments.System Knowledge: Deep understanding of the French Education system and international programs.Executive Management: Strong organizational, accounting and finance management skills, social law.HR Expertise: Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting faculty and staff.Leadership Style & Communication: Approachable, collaborative, and visible within the community. Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills.Cultural Competence: Experience leading culturally diverse communities.Bilingualism: Preferably French-English bilingual and bicultural.Education: Master degree or equivalent in Business, Public Administration, Law, or a comparable field; additional executive education (MBA, governance and/or leadership programs) is highly valued.Start of the mission: 2026/2027 academic yearCompensation package: upon interview resultsReady to Make an Impact?Join ASEICA and help shape the future of international education.
