About the Role


The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of Cedarbrook Senior Living with a dedication to providing exceptional care and service to residents. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe, secure, and vibrant environment; managing teams to ensure quality service delivery; overseeing budgets and financial goals; maintaining compliance with regulations; and fostering relationships with residents, families, and the surrounding community. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.


Qualifications


  • Leadership and management experience, including team building, strategic planning, and operational oversight
  • Keen financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and achieve organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare management, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing resident needs and operational challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Commitment to the values and mission of Cedarbrook Senior Living
