CUBES Corporate Governance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst - Model Monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our models used in various business processes. You will play a critical role in identifying and addressing potential issues, making recommendations for improvements, and providing valuable insights to the organization.

As an Analyst - Model Monitoring, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective monitoring processes for our models. You will analyze and evaluate model performance, validate data inputs, conduct root cause analysis for any issues or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of relevant reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Validate data inputs and ensure accuracy in the model outputs
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any issues or discrepancies identified during the monitoring process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any identified issues and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to model monitoring
  • Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
  • Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial and risk management concepts is a plus
