The successful candidate will be responsible for the organizational leadership and management, including the development and implementation of long-term vision, strategies, and goals. This role requires a leader who can manage and inspire members, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be the principal spokesperson for the organization, with a focus on advocacy, and will work to influence public systems and funding decisions.
