Deep expertise in software architecture, modern engineering practices, and cloud technologies is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large engineering teams, experience in cloud-native and distributed systems, and a strong understanding of AI technologies. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in healthcare, pharmacy, payer, provider, or digital health is preferred.
