The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing organizational strategy, supervising all aspects of the organization's operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive services that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. This role requires a collaborative and relationship-oriented leader with strong operational acumen and communication skills, who can foster an inclusive and supportive organizational culture, and strengthen partnerships to advance the company's services, advocacy, and community presence. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include organizational leadership and strategy, staff leadership, and operational efficiency, as well as financial management and fund development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a strategic planning process, resulting in improved efficiency, program effectiveness, and sustainability of the organizational budget. They should also have demonstrated success in fundraising and a commitment to the professional growth of employees and the Board of Directors. Experience working with disabled persons and an understanding of the changing landscape of services and funding are strongly preferred. The Executive Director will serve as the primary ambassador for the company, engaging with the community, government, and funding partners, and advocating for services and policies that benefit the company's participants.
