Senior Account Executive The Senior Account Executive is responsible for a number of important tasks. Compensation includes earning 20% of the net profit from recruitment or job placement sales and up to 36% of net profit from the entire job placement after expenses. The official start date is effective immediately upon acceptance of the position. Specialist roles focusing on recruiting or job orders are also available for qualified applicants. Essential Functions Recruit nursing and other viable candidates to the Transformational Recruiters Network who represent viable job placement for fee candidates. Successfully identify and acquire the interest of healthcare worker recruits for job placement as specified by the Transformational Recruiters Network. Contribute to the compilation of a database of candidates in the TRN system to be placed, either currently or in the future. Non-Essential Functions Assist in various research projects. Potentially expand TRN into other territories for employment agents/recruiters in the TRN Marketing and Sales Division. Miscellaneous tasks that involve every team member’s contribution. Knowledge, Skills, and Other Attributes (KSOAs) Preferably earned a business-related and/or psychology-related degree. Previous telework experience highly preferable.
