This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Loan Officer located in Wilsonville, OR. The Executive Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan process, assessing financial profiles, evaluating and underwriting loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also involves providing exemplary customer service, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding set sales and performance targets.

• Experience and expertise in Loan Origination and Loan Officer roles
• Strong Finance and Underwriting knowledge
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and requirements
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• State-required licensing and certifications to originate loans
