Job Purpose

To execute and manage all marketing and promotional activities for the assigned Drishti IAS Centre. The role involves planning and implementing local ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring effective brand visibility, student engagement, and lead generation in coordination with the Head Office marketing team.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Centre Marketing Ownership, Growth Strategy Planning & Execution, Local Campaign Execution, Regional Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the Delhi Head Office, Market Intelligence like competitor activities, student preferences and local promotional trends, Performance Monitoring, Revenue Growth Support, Resource & Vendor Management, Stakeholder Communication.

Major KRAs

  • Lead Generation & Walk-ins: Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and student walk-ins generated through local marketing activities.

  • Local Campaign Execution: Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all ATL & BTL campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, events, college outreach, etc.) as per approved plans.

  • Centre Visibility & Branding: Maintain strong local brand presence through updated in-centre branding, outdoor visibility, and event participation.

  • Coordination with Head Office: Ensure smooth communication and timely sharing of reports, creatives, approvals, and campaign updates with the Delhi Marketing Team.

  • Event & BTL Performance: Successfully plan and execute local events, seminars, and outreach drives that deliver measurable student engagement and inquiries.

  • Budget & Vendor Management: Utilize allocated budgets effectively, ensuring quality execution and cost efficiency through local vendor coordination.

  • Market & Competitor Insights: Provide regular inputs on local trends, student preferences, and competitor promotions to refine marketing strategies.

  • Performance Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, leads, and ROI to support data-driven decision-making.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or any related field (graduates with relevant experience can apply).

  • Basic understanding of marketing activities, promotions, and event execution.

  • Awareness of UPSC/State PCS / competitive exam ecosystem is an added advantage.

  • Ability to coordinate ATL & BTL activities - banners, local events, seminars, partnerships, etc.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for student and vendor interaction.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and exposure to social media or CRM tools.

  • Strong organization, follow-up, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently with guidance from regional/head office teams.

  • Positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and willingness to learn.

  • Behavioral skills: Teamwork, accountability, creativity, and time management.
