Now Hiring: Executive Pastry Chef

In this role, you will manage a large team, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining inventory and quality controls, and collaborating closely with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experience. With a focus on both creativity and operational excellence, this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting.



Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.



Onboarding for this role will likely begin in late Summer 2026.



What You’ll Do:

  • Lead pastry operations for all outlets, banquets, and events.
  • Manage, train, and support the growth of a talented pastry team of about 20 members.
  • Control food and labor costs; oversee ordering and inventory.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to enhance the guest experience.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 4 to 5+ years of experience in a high-volume/fine dining/banquet/pastry production kitchen, ideally within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of previous supervisory experience with organizing and scheduling employees to maximize efficiency.
  • Extensive experience across multiple disciplines of pastry arts, including production, cake design, artisan breads, sugar artistry, and more.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on skills in chocolate work and decorative artistry is desired.
  • Basic P&L knowledge.
  • A degree in Pastry Arts is preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
