This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across financial, operational, and personal matters.Responsibilities:Oversee property operations, vendors, and maintenance across multiple residencesCoordinate construction and renovation projects with contractors and design professionalsManage cash flow, banking, bill pay, and bookkeeping across entitiesAdminister insurance policies (property, auto, collections, liability) including renewals and claimsSupport family members with financial, housing, and administrative needsManage domestic staff hiring, onboarding, payroll, and complianceCoordinate with accountants on tax documentation and filingsOversee office operations, IT infrastructure, and service providersArrange travel (commercial and private) and handle day-to-day logisticsQualifications:5+ years of relevant experience in a family office or similar environmentStrong financial and organizational skillsHigh level of discretion and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
