Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO Apply
Location: Central Islip (On-site) Full-time | or Part-time for the right candidate.Bellavia Blatt, P.C. — a nationally recognized franchise and business law firm — is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to support our Founder and CEO.But this isn’t your average desk job... our CEO wears a lot of hats — running six companies — and we're looking for someone who can keep up, and stay organized! If you're a high-level multitasker with top-tier executive support experience, and a head for numbers, we want to meet you...What You’ll Do:Provide direct support to the CEO in both personal and professional matters across multiple companies.Manage daily schedules, calendar coordination, meeting prep, and task follow-ups.Handling CEO’s personal finances using QuickBooks Online.Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for trade shows and business events.Pitch in with light marketing support — help keep things polished and on-brand.Be the point person for special projects and “can you just handle this?” requests.Thrive in an environment that moves fast and likes to have fun doing it.What You Bring:5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a high-demand setting.3+ years of accounts payable or financial admin experience.Experience with QuickBooks online is a must.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities (and personalities).Must be able to communicate regularly with the CEO.Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a natural problem-solver.A proactive attitude — you anticipate needs before they’re spoken!A good sense of humor — we’re a sharp group that knows how to have fun!Experience in legal, professional services, or franchise-related businesses is a plus.
