Executive Recruiter (42243)

Our client is an organization in the Beloit area looking for a Executive Recruiter. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

The salary for this position is $85k-$105k.

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Reviews and evaluates applications to identify top candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Lead employer branding efforts on social media and outreach strategies.
• Analyze wage and salary reports for data reference points.
• Develop job descriptions as needed.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Executive Recruiter will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
