The Role

We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter to help us attract and close top-tier talent across the country.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused on leadership hiring.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting (source → close)
• Proactively source high-performing candidates (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.)
• Build pipelines of passive talent
• Partner directly with hiring leaders
• Drive hiring decisions and close candidates
• Manage pipeline and activity metrics

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Highly organized and accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $90K–$160K total compensation range (base + un-capped bonus)
