About This Position:
Arrowhead is seeking experienced and successful recruiters who come from an agency background. Ideal candidates will bring an established book of business to the firm without non-compete agreement concerns.
Essential Duties:
This position will have three primary responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting projects and maintain relationships with those clients
- Develop relationships with potential clients through networking events, community involvement, etc.
- Standard executive recruiter duties:
- Source and recruit highly-qualified candidates using techniques including, but not limited to, cold calling, market research, job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate their skill-set
- Pitch new job opportunities and work with candidates
- Analyze job requirements and match potential candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with placed and prospective candidates
- Negotiate salaries, extend job offers, and close deals
- Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, job transition and career coaching
Requirements of the Executive Recruiter
- Proven track record of success in your professional career
- Proven track record of success recruiting and managing client relationships at a recruiting or staffing firm
- Must strongly align with our company's core values

- Process-driven: able to create, improve, and optimize business processes
- Must be self-driven and self-motivated
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to hold yourself accountable to your commitments and success

- Flexibility and ability to overcome rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
