We are currently in search of a dynamic and driven Expansion Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and possess strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners. If you have a passion for real estate and a strong sales background, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of RE/MAX 4000 Inc.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in designated markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to assess opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Engage in networking events and industry conferences to promote RE/MAX 4000 Inc and identify prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
