Job Duties:
Expeditors will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, plated, garnished and delivered in a timely manner, receiving and reviewing food orders from servers or kitchen staff, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders, ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are noted, communicating clearly with front of house and kitchen staff, assisting in final dish preparation and presentation (such as plating and garnishing), distributing food to servers to serve to customers, maintaining a clean and organized expediting station, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies, monitoring and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in the expediting area, and assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining work areas during food service, as needed.
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
Example shift: 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Shift hours may vary.
