Position Available: Licensed-certified Nurse Practitioner/APRN
Our Aesthetic injectors are responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience with advanced injecting knowledge to help patients achieve their desired results. This position includes working cross functionally with our sales consultants, clinic staff, and management to ensure schedules run efficiently while providing a best-in-class client experience. We will offer ongoing training and education with top pharmaceutical companies on a variety of innovative products and techniques, along with our clinical director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the company's vision and the Aesthetics Ink Day Spa's brand by acting professionally with both clients and colleagues.
- Accurately & efficiently manage scheduled appointments including patient treatment plans.
- Feild clinical and customer service complaints and alert management as needed.
- Handel client questions, concerns and occasional complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
- Retain expert knowledge of all Aesthetic Ink Day Spas services.
- Support clinic operations, such as treatment room upkeep and organization.
- Stay up to date on all ongoing marketing promotions.
- Have full knowledge of retail products, along with enthusiasm about promotions and upselling.
- Maintain demeanor that is positive, upbeat and professional.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training & staff meetings.
- Communicate clearly, positively and professionally with all patients and Aesthetics Ink Day Spa staff.
- Be diligent about the use of Meevo and other software integrations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Connecticut State Licensed Aesthetician.
- Hippa certified
- Must have experience with Botox and Fillers
- Proven experience in administering advanced skincare treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about staying current with industry trends.
