Job Description:

Wachler & Associates, P.C., a nationally recognized healthcare law firm based in Royal Oak, Michigan, is seeking an experienced attorney with 3–7+ years of experience in administrative law and/or litigation. Healthcare law experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, or other complex civil litigation matters are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage client relationships and caseloads, demonstrate strong academic credentials, and possess superior writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience handling administrative proceedings, regulatory disputes, investigations, and high-exposure litigation is a plus. The ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high-volume caseload is essential.
