Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and standard office software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional insurance certifications (e.g., AIC) are a plus.
