Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all assigned areas are clean, neat, and tidy.
- Adhere to the companys quality standards and health and safety regulations. - Inspect and review spaces before and after cleaning to ensure all tasks have been completed to the companys high standards.
- Use and maintain assigned equipment and hand tools; steam cleaners, microfiber cloths, etc., to carry out tasks efficiently.
- Report any damages, deficits, and disturbances to management promptly. - Stock and maintain supply rooms, as necessary.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff and work as a team to ensure that the premises are maintained to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualifications will be a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness. - Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals, including proper storage and usage.
- Excellent physical condition and strength to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to adapt to various situations.
