Location: Creswell, Eugene, Springfield and surrounding areas Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (20 hours per week) Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE Duration: Long-term part-time to full-time position (initial 90-day evaluation period) About Us: We are a growing Managed Service Provider based in Creswell, serving small businesses and residential clients in Creswell, Eugene, Springfield and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Computer Technician who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and represent our company professionally onsite and remotely. This is NOT an entry-level or trainee position. What You Will Be Doing: Managing and resolving Help Desk tickets independently Troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues Diagnosing and repairing PC and Mac hardware Performing OS reinstalls and data backups Malware removal and full system cleanups Troubleshooting network and internet connectivity issues Replacing hardware components (drives, RAM, GPUs, power supplies, LCDs, etc.) Building and upgrading desktop PCs Traveling to local customer sites as needed (mileage reimbursed - this position requires some local travel) Providing clear communication and excellent customer service You will be trusted to handle real client systems without constant supervision. Required Qualifications - Read Carefully Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following: Minimum 2 years of paid IT support or computer repair experience Prior professional IT job experience required (school labs or hobby work alone is not sufficient) Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS Experience diagnosing hardware failures Valid Oregon driver's license Reliable personal vehicle to drive to customer locations as needed To pass a background check Strong written and verbal communication skills Applicants without professional IT experience or reliable transportation will not be considered.
