The Work We Do

The majority of our work involves residential repair and remodeling projects. Craftsmen who are skilled in Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Paint, Plumbing, and Masonry tend to have the easiest time tackling these home repair, handyman and remodeling projects. But anyone with a skilled trade background can succeed in our company.

Where We Work and When

Most of our work falls between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday in the Cincinnati Metro Area. We don’t schedule work on weekends or holidays. While we work hard, we achieve a great work-life balance.

Requirements

Responsible for executing repair and remodeling projects for residential commercial clients in a variety of trades to include carpentry, drywall, electrical, general repair, maintenance, paint, plumbing, roofing and tile. Performs project evaluations when required and expands the scope of work while generating additional customer referrals. Responsible for pricing, scope of work, material selection, and labor requirements to complete the project. Responsible for job management and client satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.

Other Requirements:

  • Be willing to work all year around in all weather conditions.
  • Must be capable of working on a ladder at heights up to 3 stories.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving history check.
  • Must wear our uniforms (they are provided) and maintain our grooming standards. Men may not have beards. A well-maintained goatee or mustache is acceptable.
  • Must be able to use technology and systems for all business operations and customer communication.
  • Must be timely and punctual.

Benefits

Compensation: Based on Skill Level and Individual Performance. Actual, annual compensation per Skill Level:

Master Craftsman - Level 5: $110,000 - $185,000

Professional Craftsman - Level 4: $80,000 - $100,000

Craftsman - Level 3: $60,000 - $80,000

Apprentice - $45,000 - $60,000
