Are you a passionate and reliable Line Cook with experience working multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen? We're looking for a talented culinary professional to join our dynamic team, where quality, teamwork, and consistency are key. As a Line Cook at Mine Oyster you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our menu and standards. You must be able to work more than one station (grill, sauté, prep, fry, etc.) and support the kitchen team during busy service hours. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items following recipes and quality standards Work across multiple stations (grill, sauté, prep, fry, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas Assist with daily prep and inventory management Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff Follow health and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant Ability to work multiple stations with consistency and speed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but not required) Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends Why Work With Us?
