Experienced Project Architect | Project Manager Apply
We are currently seeking to hire more than one experienced Project Architect Job Captain.
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping innovative designs and contributing to the success of our projects. As a valued member of our team your responsibilities will include:
- Ability to utilize Revit for Production of Construction Documents.
- Ability to analyze and implement Building codes.
- Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, and design work in drawing, and 3D image formats.
- Manage the design along with team members to complete design and construction documents.
- Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Provide design solutions and collaborate with team members.
The ideal candidate for this role will embody qualities such as self-motivation, diligence, hard work and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. We are seeking an individual with the ability for creative thinking, a passion for teamwork, and a positive energy that enhances the overall project experience.
Additionally, this candidate will have:
- Masters degree from an accredited Architecture program (bachelors degree with appropriate experience will be considered).
- 6 years or more of experience working in an architectural design office.
- Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary.
- Excellent technical drafting and detailing abilities.
- Develop and deliver Construction Documents.
