• Greet customers and serve as the liaison between customers and technicians

• Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle flow

• Accurately write repair orders and explain recommended services

• Communicate timelines, costs, and service updates clearly

• Work closely with technicians to relay customer concerns

• Verify warranty and insurance information when applicable

• Maintain strong CSI and repeat customer relationships

• Prior Service Advisor experience required

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at once

• Experience with dealership service software preferred
