HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for OTR Dry Van positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile!

• Solo Drivers:
  • Base pay: 60 CPM
  • Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
  • Weekly pay range: $1,320 - $2,100
  • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
  • 99% no-touch freight
• Team Drivers:
  • Base pay: 77 CPM
  • Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
  • Weekly pay range: $3,200 - $4,500 (split)
  • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
  • 99% no-touch freight

As an HMD driver, you’ll be working for an established, privately-owned freight hauling company with industry-leading shippers among its clients and a unique family-like atmosphere in the back office and on the road. Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579, Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:

• Active CDL Class A license
• 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
