Experienced UX-UI Team Leader

Think Round, Inc. needs an experienced UX-UI Team Leader to direct multiple projects within our twin visions (completing The Paradise Project and building The Center for the Human Family to house it), leveraging your good time-management and mentoring skills. We have a list of multiple Areas of Focus for UX and UI interns to help delineate the user experiences and interfaces for these twin visions. We have scores of UX-UI volunteer applicants waiting to sign up for an array of design projects. We need a Team Leader who likes to lead the work and has project-management skills, so can do resource management across project workstreams. We want a Team Leader who also likes to work with Think Round's Teams and the Creative Director of these projects. We want a Team Leader who is very focused on detailed work, but gaining the experience to move into a pure UX Manager role or possibly deciding to move to a UX Principal role that has fewer managerial responsibilities as we gain traction with completing our business plan for these visions.
