Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and repair your own work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Leave the job site cleaner than when you arrived
• Effectively communicate with homeowners and the office
• Take before/after pictures
• Collect final payment and deliver signed completion certificates to the office in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of window/door installations
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Ownership of truck/trailer/van
• All necessary tools (including an aluminum bending brake)
• Finish carpentry skills
• Provide pictures of work from previously completed jobs
• General Liability Insurance (minimum $2 million) and Workers' Compensation
• Lead-Safe Renovation Certificate
