What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet with homeowners to present tailored solutions for their roofing, patio, gutter, screened room, and vinyl siding needs
• Provide product knowledge and exceptional customer service
• Close sales and exceed targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry (but we’ll train the right person!)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
