LOCATION: Greenville, SC
PAY RATE: $32-38/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

  • Industry: Aerospace / Defense / Aviation

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Build and install electrical harnesses and components

  • Route aircraft wiring and cable assemblies

  • Terminate, crimp, and solder wires and cables

  • Perform operational and functional checks

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems as assigned

  • Support general mechanical installations, testing, and inspections on the F-16 production line

  • Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions

  • Operate ohm meters, crimping tools, soldering equipment, and routing tools

  • Document test results in prescribed formats

Requirements:

  • Aircraft wiring and routing experience

  • Electrical harness build-up and installation experience

  • Wire and cable termination, crimping, and soldering experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

  • Avionics testing experience (6+ years preferred)

  • Aircraft systems operation experience (4 6 years)

  • Cable and wire harness experience (4 6 years)

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wire harness prints

Work Schedule:

  • Monday Thursday

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM

  • Shift assigned after training completion
