Day starts at : 07:30AM
Day Ends at : 04:00PM
Working Days : Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: We need applicants that have more experience in running powered tools, like grinders, Sawzall's, routers etc etc, more hands on.
What I would really like to see is applicants that have a construction background.

Responsibilities:
Sawing and fabricating all sizes and types of plastic fittings, structures, and miscellaneous fabrications in our plastics fab shop.
We assemble fusion or extrusion welding all kinds of fitting for the Municipal, Industrial and Commercial industries.
Operate hand and hydraulic fusion welding equipment and all types of hand tools including chain saw, radial arm saw, band saw, reciprocating, grinders, and many others.
We train the welding process, but a mechanical background is required.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds or possibly more depending on the project.
Must be able to hold extrusion welder for long periods of time and mauver them in awkward positions.
Must be a good communicator and be able to work independently between or as part of a team.
Must be able to read a tape measure and convert feet into inches.
A tape measure test is a prerequisite, and you need to be able to measure within 1/8”.
We have a First-In-Safety standard that is our priority. You must always wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and always work safely as our first thought.

Qualifications:
Some construction or mechanical experience required.
Drawings or Blueprint reading is needed to succeed.
General computer skills preferred.
Ability to lift, load, and maneuver pipes and fittings into welding machines.
General math skills allow for layout and dimension verification.
An ability to learn is a must have!
Excellent decision making and communication skills.
Arrive on time every day and work some overtime as required.
